Here we are in HHI. It is a little chilly now but Poppop promises the warm up is coming this weekend. At least it isn't as cold as NY and there is no snow! Top reason we are here right now? So Maddie could get a break from helping take care of Jack and have some fun...she's played outside, been to the beach, celebrated Brynn's birthday, played at Mcdonald's, and been spoiled by her Nana and Poppop (you should see all her new toys and new big girl bed!) Jack is becoming more and more alert. He has enjoyed taking in all the new sounds, looking at all the new colors, the trees outside, and of course ceiling fans! I am enjoying having extra hands to pass Jack into - since he doesn't like to be put down. I was even doing gymnastics with Maddie this morning! Visits with family and friends are being planned and there is a lot more fun headed Maddie's way. Hopefully we can get it all in before we have to go back to the dreaded cold in NY.
