A Trip to the ATL

Cool haircuts!
Jack's first official cut!

Riding MARTA with Nana

Waiting for MARTA

Headed to the swimming pool!

For Aunt Jen's birthday we headed to the ATL to take her out for dinner and give her some presents. Nana and Poppop came too! Mommy, Jack and Poppop stayed at the hotel while Maddie and Nana had a sleepover at Aunt Jen's. We found a kids hair salon too! We love road trips (mostly because of the hotels!)

The Top of The Lighthouse!

I love the view behind us!

We LOVE each other!

Reflections in the window....

Summer of 2011...Our first time to the top!

Jack walked all the way up (Maddie did too!) I felt like a bad Mom that they had never been up there before...But we have made up for it! Now it is our new Saturday night at the club tradition. So many memories...WE will be ok! xoxo

Bunk Beds!

The neighborhood kids try out the new bunk beds!

Check out Jack's face! Lol!

Ready for bed! Who knew...Jack slept with me for 2 1/2 years of his life. We bought bunk beds and he sleeps on them. First night - slept all night. Now he makes it half way through the night. And we thought he would cling to me forever....

Climbing to the top! Once there - Jack can't get down!

The view from above - looks good!

Maddie loves her new bed. After these pics were taken and Jack really decided to sleep in there we made it a boy/girl room. Jack's old room is now more of a playroom. Jack's part of the bunk bed room is filled with cars and trucks. Maddie's is pastel polka dots.
Two big kids sharing their room! Love it! The love each other!

Our Life....

Dinner at the beach....
Blowing off the roof...just like Poppop!

Smiling at the beach :)

Learning how to golf with Poppop....

Ready to hit the ball!

What a summer we are having! Maddie had a golf lesson from Poppop - then never picked up her clubs again...uhoh! But she looked cute! What a perfect place to learn - HHI! Lots' of beach days and nights, ice cream, and playing outside with the kids in the 'hood. That's what summer is all about! Life is good!
