I can't believe February is almost over...it has been a blur! My 40th birthday and Maddie's 1/2 birthday (3 1/2 now!) came and went while we moved into our new house. It was a GREAT birthday though! Our new house is perfect. Big porches, open floor plan, and a great neighborhood! We are so happy! (Now if we could just get Dan here for good!). We spent most of the month unpacking it seems - but we did get to have a little bit of fun. I wanted lobster for my special day - so we hit the BOP for their lobster special. Maddie wanted her own - and ATE it all! Dan and Poppop were really hoping to share her extras! A few days later we had snow in the lowcountry! Ok to you mountain people it was just a dusting - but down here it was a hit! The best thing - it melted by lunch and was a warm sunny day. We did get out and play in the snow before it was gone. Now our winter is complete - and 20 years from now when it snows here again - we can remember when!
